Global Beauty Review

Editorial policy

Global Beauty Review aims to be curious, fair and clear about what a story can support. We separate description from interpretation and avoid treating one image, custom or product as representative of beauty everywhere.

Accuracy and context

We check names, dates and other factual details against sources appropriate to the subject, and make clear when a statement is an interpretation rather than a settled fact. For cultural topics, we take care with scope and wording; a single example cannot speak for a whole community. We do not promise product outcomes or present beauty choices as medical guidance.

Independence and partnerships

Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a promise of favourable coverage. Paid or partner material is identified clearly where it appears. A partnership does not guarantee an editorial mention, and editorial coverage is not presented as a product endorsement.

Corrections and illustrations

If a reader spots a meaningful factual error, they can send it through the Contact page. We review the point and correct confirmed errors with care. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where used, they are treated as illustrations rather than documentary evidence, and their role is made clear.
